Using Astrokadeh

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms to create or use an account. The service is currently free. Any future paid features will require separate, clearly disclosed pricing and your agreement before a charge is made.

Keep your email account and sign-in codes secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or disrupt the service.

Only provide another person’s information or photo if you have their permission or other lawful authority to do so, including permission for a photo to be accessible by link. You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload content. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including the visibility of profile photos.

Your content and our service

You retain your rights in the content you upload. You give ONMSOFT Inc. a non-exclusive permission to store, copy, resize, crop, and display that content only as needed to provide the service you request, including through our service providers. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

Astrokadeh’s software, branding, and original website content belong to ONMSOFT Inc. or their respective licensors. Using the service does not transfer ownership of those materials to you. This does not limit uses permitted by law.

About the readings

Astrology charts and readings are for personal reflection and information. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Results depend on the details you provide and the calculation settings you choose; they may contain errors and are not a guarantee of future events. Do not rely on them to diagnose or treat a condition, replace qualified professional advice, or make decisions that could affect your health or safety.

Birthplace search

Astrokadeh includes Google Maps features and content for birthplace search. Use of those features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Availability and account access

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, a security risk, or a legal obligation. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Service limitations and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Astrokadeh is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, ONMSOFT Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms waives mandatory consumer or privacy rights.

Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without depriving you of mandatory protections available under the laws where you live. These terms do not require arbitration or prevent you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.

We will post updated terms here and provide notice of material changes. Where required, we will ask for your agreement before those changes apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
